Discover Following Farm's Commitment to Sustainable Agriculture and Farm-to-Table Food
Following Farms believes in the importance of nourishing our bodies with organic and raw foods. The journey began in 2016 when a passion for gardening in an intimate backyard garden in Longeuil, Quebec. My curiousity for vegetable farming and a love for nature inspired me to link my traveling experiences to exploring various farms in Costa Rica, Tahiti and Alaska.
Originally, FF started as a simple backyard practice to save money on organic store-bought groceries. Suddenly my interest piqued and broadened to seeking skills in farming such as working with livestock, beekeeping, horse barn keeping and even working with reindeer!
Most importantly, these skills have allowed me enjoy the freshest local foods in every country I settle in. Following Farm's mission is to foster a connection between people and sustainable agriculture by producing and harvesting clean, fresh organic poultry (eggs, duck/rabbit/chicken) goat's cheese, micro greens, etc. through hands-on workshops/farm visits, educational experiences like cooking classes, seasonal farmer's markets and event catering. Following Farms is dedicated to practicing organic farming methods that respect the community and produce vibrant, healthy food for those choosing to nourish.
We invite you to join us in our farm-to-table journey, where every visit offers an opportunity to reconnect with nature and learn about the vital importance of sustainable practices. Together, we can cultivate a healthier planet for generations to come.
"The Lord will send a blessing on your barns and on everything you put your hand to. The Lord your God will bless you in the land." ~ Deuteronomy 28:8
